DATA ENTRY AND MIGRATION OF OLD SANCHAY DATA WITH NEW SOFTWARE-FINACLE

Dear All

        As of now we are in advance to migrate our old manual data and existing digitalis ed sanchay data into forthcoming new software of finacle.

        for this purpose all post office are need to update old manual data held by every post offices. Once it migrated there will be no option to edit or re-do the data entry.

        Therefore as I known and come out the difficulties while making the manual data entry is placed and pointed as under:-

       1.    All post offices not done the segregation the record  in a such a way to easy to do the data entry.
       2.    Discharged/Transferred out records have not been separated from the un discharged certificates and not closed accounts.
       3.    While making the data entry into "data entry tool" all closed items are being entering. This is one of the major difficulty to update the record and giving the balance agreement.
      4.     Some non interested persons are making the data entry with false statistics/ figures to complete the tasks.
      5.     Denomination of the certificates are differs with manual records after making the data entry.


    Therefore   the following  procedures are suggested to SMOOTH migration of the data with advanced technology.

   1.       Separate the discharged and closed items from the ledger/ binders.
   2.      After separation once all the records of separated  has to verify and confirm whether the live /undischarged items are remained with closed accounts.
   3.      Once again check the live and undischarged items to ensure the correctness.
   4.      Then prepare the list of undischarged accounts and find the correct balance for submission of higher authority.
   5.       Use the Data Entry Tool and update the old data of manual records and keep ready.
   6.      If you are using the Sanchay module to update the manual record, it is much better. Otherwise you can use the "DataEntryTool" released by Infosys.
   7.      As on today the the option of the data entry for NSC-8th issue and NSC-9th issue not provided by the SDC Chennai.

Joint 22nd Circle Conference of NAPE Gr”C”, NUPE PM&MTS & NUGDS

Dear Friends,

                                

                The 22^nd Joint Circle Conference of NAPE Gr’C’, NUPE PM&MTS & NUGDS is going to be held at MYSORE from 19/01/2014 to 21/01/2014. The CWC will be
held at TIRUMALA KALYANA MANTAPA- MARUTI EXTENSION, MALUR – 563130 at 10.00AM. Form 19/01/2014 to 21/01/2014 . The notices for the Circle Conference & CWC are issued separately.

                The Reception Committee has already dispatched Donation Coupons & other materials direct to all Branch/Divisional Secretaries. You are requested to Co-operate the Reception Committee by selling the Donation Coupons to the Maximum for the reception committee to conduct the conference without any problem. The reception committee has fixed the Delegates fee as Rs500/- per delegate which is reasonable. You are aware that the cost of all the commodities have increased & it becomes very difficult for the reception committee to make both ends meet.

               

                 I once again request you to kindly co-operate & sale maximum donation coupons & also remit Quota due early.

Your maximum Co-operation is needed to conduct the conference & also for the efficient function of the Circle union.
